It's amazing how mood changes as quickly as the weather. I was just looking at my entry I drafted this morning - It was about us. (what else is new?) I was writing about the enlightment I had over the week, and how house moving was.. (I hate to say this but yes) it was fun.
I took a few buses from one place to another. I thought it will be a good way to distract myself. Unfortunately, that dull ache somewhere refused to go away and I wonder if the usual way of therapy will work.
I wish I knew how to react and how to handle my emotions properly. I so desperately need to run. I think that's the only thing I'm capable of now. It's ridiculous how things crash at one same time. Is this how people learn to grow?
Stress has gotten the better half of me. Been having really bad gastric pangs frequently. Could also be the irregular meals I have as well. I wonder when all these will end.
